Frequently Asked Questions
How to correctly measure my radiator and choose proper dimensions for cover?
You need to measure your radiator's exact dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) and add 1" to final Height, add 1" to final Depth, add 2" to final Width. For example: if your exact dimensions of radiator are: Height 20", Width 20", Depth 10", you need to provide us these dimensions: Height 21", Width 22", Depth 11".
I need a custom cutout for the pipe or baseboard molding, or other cutouts. What dimensions should i send?
Please note that we do only cutouts for baseboard. We can't accommodate your cover for pipes, window sills, uneven floors or any other things except baseboard molding cutout. In order to get cutout for baseboard, you need to provide us Height and Depth of your baseboard.
I received my order but somehow i've got the wrong size. Can i return it?
If you have purchased your cover and have chosen your dimensions through options by yourself and after receiving your cover you realized that you have purchased wrong size, WE DON'T TAKE LIABILITY FOR THAT ON US. Your wrong size cover will not be returned back.
